Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened light coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon homemade Chai Spice Mix recipe linked below
  • 2-3 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan set over medium low heat, warm the coconut milk until lightly simmering.
  • Pour into a large mug or glass measuring cup and add maple syrup and chai spice mix.
  • Using an electric frother, froth mixture until slightly foamy. Alternatively, you can whisk vigorously, or use a hand mixer to whip it, too.
  • Serve in a warm mug and garnish with cinnamon and ground nutmeg.
