Butter and Oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Vegetables
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 1 lb whole baby bella mushrooms
Flavorings
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon ground thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, stirring frequently until onion is tender, about 3-5 minutes.
Add olive oil and mushrooms, cooking for another 3-5 minutes, flipping to cook both sides.
Add cauliflower florets and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally to brown on all sides.
Pour in broth and continue cooking until it reduces by half. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
