Noodles
- 180 g dry ribbon noodles cooked
Vegetables
- 6 spring onions finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves grated
- 5 g ginger grated
Spices and Condiments
- ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¾ teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon chilli oil
- 1 tablespoon light soy
- 1 tablespoon dark soy
- ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
In a large frying pan over a high heat, add 1-2 tablespoon of oil then the lamb mince. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add ½ of the spring onion and fry for another 3 minutes.
Add the garlic, ginger and spices. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir often.
Add soy sauces, vinegar and chilli oil. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked noodles and stir to coat the noodles with the lamb and sauce.
Stir in the remaining spring onions and sesame seeds.
