Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops whey protein isolate pick any flavour you like (optional) or sweetener
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped into small chunks
  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips melted (150-170g per cup)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil to thin the chocolate, optional

Instructions
 

Conventional Method

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and protein powder (if using). Stir until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, making sure they're evenly coated.
  • Line a tray with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray, keeping them nice and chunky.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours until the clusters are firm.
  • Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using). Once the clusters are frozen, dip each one into the chocolate or drizzle generously over the top.
  • Place back in the freezer for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Eat straight from the freezer. They are so awesome!

Thermomix Method

  • Place the Greek yogurt and protein powder (if using) into the mixer; mix 20 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat if needed.
  • Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, making sure they're evenly coated.
  • Line a tray with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray, keeping them nice and chunky.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours until the clusters are firm.
  • Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using). Once the clusters are frozen, dip each one into the chocolate or drizzle generously over the top.
  • Place back in the freezer for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Eat straight from the freezer. They are so awesome!

Notes

These clusters can be made with various flavors of protein powder and are suitable for a low-carb diet.
