- 3 small Bananas Just Ripe
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Slice bananas into even ½ inch slices. Discard the end pieces.
Combine butter, cinnamon and honey into medium skillet. Melt over medium to low heat and stir.
Once the butter is warm and beginning to bubble add the bananas and cook 3-5 minutes until caramelized. Flip the bananas and continue to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes and reduce heat to low. Remove from pan and serve warm.
