Base Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Mexican crema cream
  • 1 medium lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 package (10 ounces) corn kernels thawed
  • ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small serrano pepper finely chopped

Preparation

  • Combine Mexican crema, lime juice, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, salt, and cumin in a large bowl until well blended.
  • Add corn, cotija cheese, cilantro, and serrano pepper; stir until well combined.

Notes

Best served with Fritos or corn chips.
