  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Optional Add-ins

  • 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2-3 teaspoons lemon zest

Optional Coating

  • Melted peanut butter or chocolate

Preparation Steps

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine blueberries and yogurt and mix well. Using a spoon, place small dollops of yogurt mixture onto a lined baking sheet. freeze until set, at least 1 hour.
  • Enjoy as is or dip and coat the clusters in melted chocolate or peanut butter.
  • If using chocolate, it will harden immediately. For peanut butter, place back in the freezer until hardened.
