Cheese Sauce
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green chiles

Preparation Instructions
Season chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth.
Gradually add milk, whisking continuously until the sauce thickens.
