- 1 pound russet potatoes 1 very large, 2 medium, or 3 small potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Scrub potatoes, then pat dry. Cut potatoes into slices ¼ inch thick and place in a large bowl.
Add oil and seasonings and toss until potatoes are coated.
Add potato slices to air fryer basket (can be overlapping). Air fry at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.
