Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ ounces vodka
  • ½ ounce blue curaçao
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice no sugar added
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 3-5 drops natural or regular green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake well for about 10 seconds.
  • Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Strain the drink into the glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
